* It is MANDATORY to indicate the tumor cellularity, the size of the tumor and the number of invaded lymph nodes, which are essential for the results.

A minimum of 30% of tumor cells is required to perform the test.

* If > 30% tumor cells :

o Choose a block with the most important infiltrating component.

o Send us 2 tissue sections of 10µm, each in a 1.5 ml microtube labeled with the patient's identity (name, first name, date of birth)

** If < 30% tumor cells :

o Macrodissection is necessary

o Make a selection to obtain a ratio ≥ 30% then send us 4 tissue sections of 10µm (2 per microtube)

o When the macrodissection is not performed by you, send us 5 white 10 µm slides with cerclage of the area of interest to be macrodissected.
