For Cerba to process your test  requests optimally, the samples must meet certain pre-analytical conditions outlined in the anatomopathologist's space.

Conditions to be verified by the anatomopathologist before sending:

The right materials :

For molecular biology tests :
2 dry chips (5 chips at 5μ each)

If < 20% tumor cells, the chips should be prepared after macrodissection.
If not possible, the tissue block must be sent to us.
In case of multiple blocks from the same patient, it is the responsibility of the anatomopathologist to choose the most suitable material on which the analyses will be performed.

For FISH analyses:
3 silanized slides at 3μ for each probe

The test report :

You must include a copy of the corresponding anatomopathological examination report for the sample that will be analyzed.

In case of insufficient or inappropriate material...

As an anatomopathologist, please ensure to inform the prescriber if the collected material is insufficient or does not meet the sampling standards.

If the material submitted to Cerba Oncology is insufficient or inappropriate, it could potentially impact the relevance of the results and may necessitate the sending of new materials

Step 3
