    Can I request specific mutation research ?

    Yes, you have the option to customize your panel at the time of prescription.

    Do you perform liquid Biopsy for the pulmunary panel ?

    Yes, we can perform a Liquid Biopsy test for the lung panel in case of failure of the biopsy examination or if it cannot be performed

    Is it possible to use conditionals ?

    Soon ! At of now, it is only possible to make additions upon request, if they are compatible with the examinations already performed. We are working on improving this aspect of the prescription procedure.

    Why offer two types of techniques, FISH and NGS (DNA), for the same gene?

    The same gene can be targeted by both rearrangements and point mutations, which will then be the subject of specific and distinct examinations.

    What is the sensitivity of somatic tests ?

    In NGS, the sensitivity is estimated at 5%. It needs to be balanced with tumor infiltration: the lower the tumor infiltration, the less likely subclonal phenomena will be detected.
